Smith will lead the design, development, and implementation of organizational information systems, software applications, and IT support and infrastructure systems. His extensive background, including positions with increasing responsibilities at VeriSign, Network Solutions, and well-nigh recently as the Vice President of Engineering and R&D with Apptix, makes him eminently qualified to support Apptix cloud service strategies and delivery to its 325,000 business users.
